Chest of drawers from France in the Louis XVI style and featuring elaborate cast brass trim, hardware, and detailing throughout. This piece has been ebonized and finished with a lustrous French polish. There are three dovetailed drawers above two larger dovetailed drawers below. All have working locks and keys. It is supported by tapered, brass-capped feet.
