Buffet from France in the Louis XVI style. This case piece has been painted in a cream colored milk paint with 23 carat gold leaf in the fluted detailing and feet. There are three dovetailed drawers and three doors all with original, finely cast brass hardware. The doors open to interior shelving and have working locks and keys. The piece is topped with an intact original Carrara marble slab. We love the classic lines and French details of this piece.
