French Buffet/sideboard from the Modernist era. The Architectural credenza boasts an intricate variety of marquetry and inlays combining Macassar of Ebony; bone and lemon wood. Featuring ebonized toupies legs with gilt brass details. The four doors open up to a lavish interior featuring felt lined drawers and burled wood shelving. The exquisite craftsmanship enabled the piece to win a gold medal at the time of its presentation in 1965. This piece is in very nice vintage condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition.
