The console is surmounted by an intact white Carrara marble top, bordered by a delicate pierced brass gallery. The shaped apron follows the graceful half-moon profile and is accented with fine brass moldings, providing a striking contrast against the deep ebonized mahogany.

The table is raised on four slender tapered and fluted legs, enriched with gilt-brass detailing and terminating in elegant brass feet. A shaped lower shelf, or entretoise, follows the demi-lune form and adds both architectural balance and practical display space.
