Empire style French antique buffet made of solid wood construction, primarily Cuban flamed mahogany. This piece has been finished with a lustrous French polish of museum quality. Four columns give prominence to the piece. The doors open to interior wood shelving and are topped with three dovetailed drawers. The columns, doors, and drawers all feature gilt bronze hardware and décor. The strong credenza is highlighted by an intact dark gray Sainte Anne marble slab. This piece is in very nice antique condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition.
