Set of six dining chairs France in the Directoire style. Each chair is made of solid wood construction, primarily mahogany. They have been finished with a lustrous French polish of museum quality. The backs of the chairs feature an x shaped design. They are supported by tapered legs, the front of which are capped in brass. The upholstery is original and in good condition. This set is in very nice vintage condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition.
