French Desk in the Consulat style; or Empire; of Mahogany; finished with a Museum quality ebony French polish. Patinated leather top with two pull out leaves also lined with the same leather. Three dovetailed drawers with original working keys and locks. Finely cast decorative bronzes throughout; paw feet on tapered legs. This piece is in very nice vintage condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition.
