Austrian Biedermeier Art Deco period gueridon from Vienna. This piece is made of solid and veneered walnut and is finished with a lustrous French polish of museum quality. The four curved legs meet at the bottom of the piece to form a quadrupled base and hold a second shelf. This bold Art Deco design is reminiscent of the strength and elegance of the Biedermeier style. This piece is in very nice vintage condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition.
