Bust of woman with a hat and veil attributed to “Pugi”. This piece is made of alabaster and is supported by a wood base. This beautiful portrait of a lady in a naturalistic-orientalist conception has a wonderful sculptural quality. The sculptor “Pugi” had his heyday in Florence between 1870 and his death in 1915. By his hand the bust of the King of Italy, Umberto I, in the Piazza Grande of Fiesole.
