Side table from France in the Louis XVI style. This charming side table is made of solid wood construction, primarily mahogany. It has been ebonized and finished with a lustrous French polish of museum quality. The four tapered legs are fluted and capped with brass feet. The Carrara marble slab top is encircled by a brass canopy. There are two dovetailed drawers and two pull-out leaves. The drawers feature brass pulls. This table is in very nice antique condition with only minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The photos accurately depict the condition.
