Pair of Italian Murano "Pulegoso" glass lamps hand blown in Italy. Glass has 23 carat "polvero d'oro Sommerso" (gold leaf flecks) throughout and is frosted on the interior for a lovely effect when the light hits it. The pulegoso effect is obtained by chemical reaction which occurs during the heating process and is characterized by innumerable bubbles ("puleghe"). They differ slightly as they are hand-crafted pieces. Rewired for US markets.
