Sofa from Italy made with the original Italian tan leather. This piece was designed as part of the Maralunga line by Vico Magistretti and crafted by Cassina. Originally designed in 1973, it won Italy’s Compasso D’Oro award for Industrial Design in 1979. We love the quality material and comfort of this piece. Both unique and highly functional, this sofa is made of fine leather that transforms into many comfortable and stable positions. Superb examples of this highly sought after designer’s work and craftsmanship. It is in very nice vintage condition – the photos accurately depict the condition.
